Who doesn't love good Deviled Eggs? They are so delicious, quick and easy to make, and sure to be a crowd pleaser every time. They remind me of special moments from my childhood when my grandma or mom would make them for holiday parties both during the winter and summer months. I even have my mom's original Tupperware egg holder that she used to keep them in.
This Egg Recipe is a huge hit with my family. Every time I make it I have to either double or triple the recipe so there is enough to go around for everyone.
This egg recipe is not only delicious, but a nutritious snack too full of protein that can be enjoyed anytime, not just during parties and the holidays. My family enjoys them so much, I sometimes make these eggs on the weekend as a "just for fun" treat.
I'm sure your family will love them too any day of the week.
Enjoy!
Ingredients: 1 dozen hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of mustard, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup each of finely diced celery and onions (optional), paprika for tops.
Directions: Peel hard boiled eggs and cut in half scooping out the yolks into a bowl. Be sure to thoroughly remove and toss all the egg shells as no one likes to bit down on an egg shell. Set the egg white halves aside. Mash the yolks and add the rest of the ingredients mixing until blended. Stuff the egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves and sprinkle with paprika.
